At Teachlix, we strive to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our users. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our premium plans, lead purchases, and other paid services.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate transactions caused by technical glitches on our platform.
  • Failure to deliver the promised digital services or profile unlocks within the stipulated timeframe due to system errors.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that the following purchases are strictly non-refundable:

  • Subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Premium) once activated and used.
  • Consumed credits or unlocks for teacher/tutor contacts.
  • Featured job listings that have already been published and made visible to candidates.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team at hello@teachlix.com within 7 days of the transaction. Include your transaction ID, registered email, and the reason for your request. Our team will investigate and process valid refund requests within 5-7 business days.
